What a terrible experience! First they delivered a dish washer and didn't tell me that they will only install it if my old one is already removed so they just dropped the new in the kitchen and left it at that. Next when they were removing the old washing machine they spilled water out of the hose and just left it on my kitchen floor. And finally they somehow forgot to hook up the hose to the drain so after washing my first load of clothes the entire washing machine emptied out on to my kitchen floor!
