We purchased three appliances on Friday. They were supposed to be delivered Sunday. Friday night they said that we would get a call to confirm our delivery for Sunday. We did between 11 and 3 on Sunday our order would be delivered. Tried to return an item to the store in Coralville and was told that the item had already been returned. I laughed until I realized he was serious and wasn't going to take the items back. Gave me a slip of paper and said call this number to get it straightened out. No one answers that number, you have to either send an email or leave a voice mail, I sent an email and their response was that I had returned the item at a store in Minnesota. So not helpful since I still have the item in my possession and I have a receipt. Called to file a complaint at corporate office and was told they could only log a complaint I would have to speak to the local manager. Let's see I was at the local store yesterday and was told to call someone else. Seems like everyone wants to pass the buck. Very frustrating!!!

Incredibly dissatisfied as I ordered and paid for carpeting. Absolutely no contact unless I email or go physically into the store to talk to them. They ended up selling the carpet that I already paid for to someone else. I only found out that happened after sending a disgruntled email. Then went into the store, bought new carpeting, and was waiting on word on the projected date that I was told. Of course, I heard nothing. I'm trying to sell my house, but of course my time doesn't matter to them. My money does though.

Had an issue with my bill and thought it was going to be a nightmare to sort out. Called and talked to an extremely nice guy who very quickly and happily fixed the problem. Never in a million years did I expect to sort it out so fast and effortlessly. THANK YOU.....YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Lowe’s doesn’t think your time is important. Scheduled delivery time was between 8 AM and noon. Noon arrives no delivery no phone call. Call them and they say they know they’re behind but can’t reach the truck driver. Half hour later they call back and say “it’s going to be a while do you want to reschedule” Explained I took the morning off work and am expected to be back in the afternoon and ask why no one called to say they’re behind. No explanation other than “sorry for the miscommunication, do you want to reschedule for next week?” So that 4 hour delivery window means nothing really and if you took time off work and they don’t show.....oh well - no phone call, no explanation, they’ll show when they show.

Everyone at Lowe’s was fucking stupid and couldn’t tell me where anything was and I asked 3 people for help and they just said I don’t know that’s not how it works I use to work for Lowe’s this is not how you were trained so now it’s Home Depot for me
