Love this location! Just had a very helpful customer service agent match a price for a dishwasher I purchased a while back and they refunded me $150, no questions asked. Great service and great products!
We purchased carpet there last Summer. The installers didn't do a very good job. Noticeable seams and the carpet already looks worn in a couple spots. Cheaper product than I was expecting!
Employees not washing hands after bathroom and using a bunch of inappropriate language
Have been standing in the same section to get a replacement handle for a slider door for 45 min an employee came over to shut the customer alert off and told me the guy in this section went to lunch for an hour... How in the hell is that my problem
They are horrible. No customer service.
I had a terrible experience all the way around. From poor customer service, to the treatment of their employees; this business is very poorly run. The corporate mis-management runs deep at Lowe's Coralville. Now I shop at Menards.
Needed a new refrigerator on short notice. I was told by appliance folks I could save 10% if I applied for a credit card and refrigerator would be delivered next day. After signing up for card, I only received 5% off and I just learned they wont be delivering it until a day after they said. My food still sits in coolers. Poor experience.
