This is my second bad experience at Lowe's. I'm in the store weekly and attempting to get my fencing delivered and installed has been a frustrating experience. The customer service in this dept is awful. No phone calls, the order isn't complete, the Installed leaves with holes in my yard and. No one can reach him. Never again!! I am going to Home Depot.
Always someone around to help you. But not so many people that you feel rushed or bothered.
This place sucks so bad.. I have been trying to get a small privacy fence installed for over 2 months yet nothing has been done except half the posts being put in and nobody comes back nobody contacts you. Project co-ordinator is a complete idiot. I'm now a Home Depot customer because of this.
Ordered by phone. Did not have correct cushions when I came to pick up. Very dissappointed
We spent over $2100 they had us buy a whole set up for the front door just so I can have a glass storm door the door that was made didn't fit and I still don't have a glass door. Very disappointed I had to spend all that money so I can get a glass door and it still doesn't fit so I still can't look out the window.
