We had the BEST experience at Lowe’s today. We closed on our first house today and immediately went to Lowe’s to get stuff handled and finished from estimates we had already had done. We were handled with the upmost customer service and incredibly over the top help. Mark in flooring went above and beyond multiple times to make sure we got what we wanted and deserved, and Wayne in doors went out of his way to help us get our door measurements done same day due to our circumstances. Lowes in Burlington sucks AND blows! We bought shower doors and the people they contract with did not call us back for THREE DAYS!!! When we called the VERY unhelpful and incompetent "management" they were absolutely unhwlpful and unwilling to help. So from now on, our business goes to HOME DEPOT! Lowes, you SUCK! You lost our business, so thanks for absolutely nothing!
Not too happy that my wife and I bought an $800 dishwasher and Lowe’s Installer installed a $500 dishwasher... Called and spoke to a manager at store on Saturday after the install and was told that it was a mix up and that the installer would call me to reschedule another install to get the right dishwasher. Have not heard a word and manager did not offer the first thing for the mix up, inconvenience, total lack of customer service. Guess we will have to take our business elsewhere.
Don't buy rocking chairs from them, my son bought me 2 last year for Christmas and they both have fell apart. The paint started chipping and water damage set in. I called the store to complain and she said nothing can be done since it was over their 90 day policy. Way to much money spent to fall apart within a few months time Very disappointed!
