Went to return an item under warranty per call to manufacturer. “We need an RA number…I can’t believe you didn’t get one!!” I’ve done this exact thing before without issue. Of course the customer service was closed. If I call and don’t get a damn number to satisfy Lowe’s. I really needed this taken care of as a hurricane is approaching, the items aren’t well stocked, and my wife wouldn’t have to lug the thing in the store. We will NEVER buy appliances from Lowe's Home Improvement again. This is our second time trying to purchase appliances from this company and it has been completely ridiculous. The Burlington NC location did not have the drier we wanted in stock so they sent us to the Mebane NC location. At the Mebane location, all 8 driers were damaged and not for sale. I came into this Lowe's on 5/3/18 and ordered a custom door. The expected delivery was 2 - 3 weeks. On the third week Randy calls and informs me the door has been delivered but the frame is busted. He re-orders the door with the same ETA for the next delivery. I get an automated call on 6/23/18 saying my second door has been delivered to the store. I go to pick it up and a lady at the front desk tells me that it is also damaged. I have now been waiting 56 DAYS for a door. I have already made a payment on an item I still have... read more
Big difference between the lowes in Mebane and in Burlington. In Burlington you have to beg somebody to help you and they see you waiting for help but they just keep on socializing!!!!@#$%&%#@ And they only had 2 people checking out everybody on a busy Saturday morning but in Mebane they're more than willing to help you!

Lowe’s Home Improvement in Burlington is awesome! Great selection from garden supplies, landscaping, do it yourself plumbing and electrical, etc.
I have been trying to paint 1 room. 1. First time, they couldn't even match to their own sample. Second can, good enough. Ran out, barely, third can, not even close. Much darker, but since we had trimmed the whole room, we decided to just paint the whole room with the wrong color. So 4,5,6,7 cans don't match anything. And it's from a swatch in the display, and I had a sample mixed. Super unhappy. Very nice employees in Burlington and Mebane, but when Lowe's says they can match anything, nope, they can't
