This is the 2nd delivery that we've received from this Lowe's that has had busted product. In ONE day, mind you. Upon further inspection we found even more damage to products that we received today so that has to be returned. 4th delivery from Lowe's all together that has been damaged. To top it off the "hassle free guarantee" on their tools is far from hassle free. First let me say that I own a construction company and run a very very efficient dental practice! The Anderson location is the worst store I have ever done business through in the 20 years that our company has been open! It took us 20 minutes to find an employee willing to help us! Another 20 minutes to get anyone outside to load drywall! Another 20 minutes to get the non- contractor vehicles out of our way to get through the drive-through!!
