Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a hardware business. They dropped the massive proverbial ball 18 months ago with a botched flooring install. Now they dropped it on a hot water tank install. I’ve been waiting 7 days now and when I reach out to the subcontractor about why he wasn’t showing up he tells me he got a cancellation message from Lowe’s! My nephew lost his wallet at this Lowe"s location. Thanks to the employee who found and returned it!
Was called multiple times about a special order being in. Told them we would be there on Friday to get it and they told us it would be ready. When we got there, it was no where near ready for us to pick up and they weren't even sure they had all the fence panels we ordered. By the time all was said and done, we were there over an hour just to pick up 22 boards and 20 fence panels. We won't be special ordering from them again.
Went in to get a couple gallons of paint t and was in and out quick. I used the Valspar exterior paint and was very pleased with the application and the outcome.
Quoted us $1200 for new flooring. Go to schedule and pay they say it will now be $2100. Refuse to honnor the original quote. Terrible customer service and unwilling to work towards a solution.
Had a great experience at Lowe's in Anderson yesterday. My husband sent me to the store to buy a tool. They were so helpful. Made the trip painless and very successful!
Had a sliding door put in the guy who put it in Put 47 plus nails in the frame it looks like polka dots . Try calling the 1800 number getting no where.Been calling for two weeks. Been past around 3 times.then the guy did it said I need get some floor replaced .Then he came to me when the job was done said that the floor was OK gave me $50.00 refund Saying would be easier to do that then have Lowes do it. UPDATE NO help from corprate
You cannot get any assistance unless you are pasty white. I hate to put it that way, but things NEVER change at this store.
