I went to Lowe's today and went to the lumber department and got what I needed. The worker josh and Harley are the two best people to help u. They know what they r doing and they r very polite. These 2 will take great care of u
There was a couple times we waited for a sales person but went and found one....we are doing a master bath and kitchen total make over ....so we're there a lot ....always been really pleased with the people that we had helping us ....the two people in the countertops area to backsplash and door area they have helped up and always courteous......happy to do Business with people that appreciate us
Just got the delivery, wrong things short things and no explanation of what was missing! You guys suck!
I waited for 25 minutes for a sale person on buying a washer in the store they one sales person in the department they was others in the cabinet area stood looking at me when I was waiting Hell no wonder Lowe's is laying workers off at their store's what The news show on the news reported 2 nights ago I went to Menard bought new washer Lowe's lost over $600.00 hell they kept this up they be gone in Anderson store they need to get better organization in their Anderson store.
Waited 20min in the flooring department looking for someone to help us and we eventually got annoyed and walked out
Stood in lumber for 20 minutes while these two saw me in front of them waiting to ask a simple question because I'd already been walking around for 30 minutes and not finding a label for the one signal peice of lumber I needed.... Ignoring customers to talk about your damn time card and then being a hardware store that can't cut lumber because of a "broken saw", is simply unacceptable.If the saw is broken then take one off the shelf and make it work....and don't say you can't because small mom and pap hardware stores do it a... read more
