I took my two small children to your location today to buy and then plant flowers. I was shocked at the lady that worked in the back of the nursery! She was randomly shuffling carts of flowers around and told one customer to "hurry, get out of my way." She about ran over my 2 year old who was picking out some flowers! She was rude, yelling at everyone, and kept saying how she had to get stuff done and we were in her way. Then it took 15 minutes to check out!
I live 40mins away from this store, and it's the closest one to me. I spent $200 on a New 20v Dewalt screw gun i needed for work. When i got home and opened to my surprise was a used gun all dinged up with scratches and covered in oil and dirt. No where did it say used in store or on the box. It was clearly a return that they reboxed and sold again . I called customer service which was rude and unhelpful. I was told all they can do is exchange it out.....exactly why all my business will be going to Menards.
We purchased wood flooring from Lowes and chose a kind/style that we were told don't scratch as easily if you have pets. We were told this by the sales associates. Guess what?? It's been less than a year and our wood floor is clearly showing MANY scratches. So disappointing. It looks awful.
Think twice before you let Lowe's install a new roof on your house they do shitting work then you get a run around when you fine something wrong
Putting Lowes on the Bad list. Talk me into using my credit card. Send me a bill. I pay it then gives me a 25.00 late fee. My remodeling jobs going to Home Depot or Menards. Rip somebody else off I will spend my hard earned money on a lifetime Consumer partner. See ya

Don't believe the claim about same day delivery. My washer broke. We bought a new one at lowes over a week ago. The can't deliver it until next Sunday. They claim a delivery guy is off with an injury so everyone hast to wait for 2 weeks for delivery now. What a crock. Canceling and buying elsewhere
Don't buy ant appliances from Lowes. They won't fix it.. Been dealing with them for 3 weeks trying to get washer fixed on extended warranty. Finally had to repair it myself. Won't buy anymore from Lowe's..
