I have never seen customer service as bad as this. Absolutely the most ridiculous experience with zero communication about a fully paid installation and lying staff. The sad part is that it’s the second time we’ve had these problem. Never again.
Very unwilling to help. Went to the other Lowe's in town and they went above and beyond to help.
