Extremely rude. The man in the lumber department wouldn’t even acknowledge me at first and when I asked him for help locating items He said it is all in this area of the store. I left the remaining items I was going to purchase in the cart in the store and left.

the customer service was disgusting !! My mom bought a $1000 refrigerator and guess what it was broke. The basket in the freezer was broke out of the wall. But there was nothing lowes could do. I go and buy a sink for $400 and pay the $300 for install because i just don't have time. Guess what... it was broke. The sprayer was all messed up and now one can tell me when ill have functional kitchen sink again. Wtf lowes
Twice in 2 years Lowes in Moline has screwed me on purchases over $400.00. I am so frustrated with this...I am going to tell everyone I meet and know to NEVER buy any major appliance from here. Every time anyone leaves the store, you ask for a phone number so returns will be easier...they don't tell you that the info is not stored for any real time.
