Just today you were resetting the belt Sanders, switching from the Shopsmith Ceramic belts to a Craftsman Zirconium. We use these in a production setting and the Shopsmith were always our go to, albeit Lowes Moline was frequently out of 36 grit and 120. After trying the Craftsman 36 grit, I do not think we will be back. They don't remove waste for crap (the purpose of a 36), they lag on the sander all the time, the tape isn't cut on 3/4 of the belts we have just left to dangle over, it takes us 1 hour to do what the shopsmit... read more
Worst customer service and management ever. Called for 25 min and no departments answer including management. As a contractor I guess I order online from now on
All of the employees mostly are awesome!
We went to purchase a new grill waited over a half hour for them to get it down. Finally after 30 minutes it was still not ready and nobody seemed to know why it had not been brought up. Would not recommend, huge waste of time!
Don't buy carpeting here!! Nobody knows what there doing, have had delays, improper pricing and now they brought the wrong carpet to my house. Nobody at store including store managers know what to do or how to help a customer and apparently "we're sorry this is happening "has never occurred to them to use this phrase. I've never received any apology for what I've dealt with! I called to get a price on a shed that was outside & not priced. Pressed 5 as instructed & the guy said "it's not in the computer" Hung Up on me. Called back & pressed zero 9 times for the operator & NO one ever answered. Either they need more help or they have lousy customer service - or both! �
