Worst customer experience of my life. Don’t order anything from the online sight unless you want to wait at least a month. The store has no idea when things have been ordered online, or when it shows up. You’ll do all the work, they don’t even answer your he phone. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Go to Home Depot or Menards.
Don’t shop hear if you are expecting to have knowledgeable assistance. 🤦🏻♂️

Worst retail experience that I’ve ever had. Truck didn’t show up when promised, managers lied and never returned phone calls. Paid to have old appliance hauled away, but it’s still sitting here. Hundreds of dollars in food wasted. I AM DONE WITH LOWE’S and will spread the word about how poor their customer service is!
This store is completely useless. They have had 3 weeks to deliver something and have done nothing but tell lies at every turn. I will NEVER do business with this store and will be sure to tell everyone I know how horrible they are. No customer services what so ever.
Train the people at the service desk better. It took 45 min for me to purchase a trailer today. Seemed only two of the 6 people working there knew what to do.
Lowe's does not honor their prices, even when a sales associate reassures us the product is the price discussed. Bait & switch sale tactics at work.
