Paid over $2000 for an LG French door refrigerator from this location. Thankfully purchased the extended warranty as well. It's already needed a new in-door ice maker. Now the freezer has stopped cooling. We called yesterday for repair and scheduled for today between 1-5. The Service Experts repairman called and said it would be tomorrow before he could get there. I called the Lowe's service number and they can't get anyone there until Monday. Astounding lack of service!
Being a dog mom, finding places that are pet-friendly is one of the first things I look at. I understand not all stores can be pet-friendly, but of all hardware stores I've visited, this one is the only one that has told me that my pups are not welcome. If that's how they choose to make their policy, I can respect that. But I'll definitely be taking my business to competitors that are pet-friendly. Thanks!
After being told today that my retired greyhound is not welcome in the garden department I refuse to step foot in the homewood Lowes again! The associates and especially the mangers who refuse to wear the lowes vest and name badges really need some education on discrimination and the legalities of what you can and cannot ask someone with a service animal or with disabilities.
