Stayed in there for several minutes looking for a grill. Many associates in there standing around doing nothing...Poor customer service. Next stop Home Depot.
Worst customer service ever. It seems like they don't like what they do.
My husband and I are 8 weeks into a bathroom remodel through the Lowe's in Homewood that was scheduled to take 2 weeks. For the past few weeks, we have had to inspect the job daily and write out a list on a piece of paper for anything to get done. We've texted pictures to the contractor, called and spoken with managers, called their customer care line and still cannot get this job completed. Seem to never be anyone knowable to help you find products.
Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sold me a pre lit Christmas tree that was in box and taped up. When I got it home, it was missing the top section. I took it back the next evening with the receipt and they told me that it wasn't their tree in the box and they didn't have any other trees available. I spoke with numerous managers and they offered me another tree, which they originally told me they didn't have??? Finally just got full refund with no apology or reasoning. Since when do you not sell pre-mixed grout? And if you sell Kohler sinks, why do you not carry the Kohler cleaner for these sinks. I will shop elsewhere from now on. You never have what I need.
