They just lost a $300 sale because two separate employees left me waiting over half an hour in the patio section. Store not so busy that they could not have sent someone else my way.
Poor customer service. Bought a Christmas tree last night out it up and since then needles are coming off. They won’t let us return it.
Terrible store. Employees are not helpful.. We waited for fifteen minutes to get a price for a garage door. They had to try and find Maurice. If he ever showed we were never helped. There was no one to look up a simple price for a damn door. I will never step foot in this location. The Trussville store is much better. Terrible experience.
The employees at this location are horrible. I'm through giving my business to this or any Lowe's. I went to the location the store's website listed as where the part was supposed to be but that was way off. So I headed over to the hardware section as I was looking for a particular nut/bolt and the employee told me to go look in another section of the store. Sooo… I had such a terrible experience I’m not sure where to start with this review. My boyfriend and I stopped in this Lowes on Lakeshore Dr. In Birmingham, AL in search of a new washer and dryer set. After doing our own research and narrowing down to a washer/dryer set made by GE we finally track down an employee after about 45 minutes.
