Every single time I come here (which is often), the lumber aisle is closed during peak business hours with no one even working in it. I understand the need to close them sometimes, but I've currently been waiting nearly half an hour and no work has been done whatsoever. This I truly infuriating. I'm about to walk out the door and take my business elsewhere for good.
The self checkout is always closed and there are never enough cashiers. Sat at 6 pm and only one cashier and a huge line. Customer service counter has rude employees and the guy in the paint dept ( I won't say which one) is rude. This place has been a mess for years.
