Waited 20 minutes for curbside pick up. No one would pick up their phones so I had to go inside which found no one behind the counters of customer service, pick up, or returns. Finally started walking around and got someone to help me. Finally got my item and it was the wrong model#. Asked for a refund and was told they couldn't right away but could in 30 minutes. 4 hours later and I'm still waiting for a refund. Had to call the store twice and now on the phone with the 800 customer service number.

Quit using 3rd party delivery companies and show up when they say they are going to. This is my 3rd appliance delivery. First time they only had one of 3 appliances and 2nd time they pushed delivery out 10 days from when they were supposed to deliver. I've been on the phone over 18 minutes waiting for them to give me a delivery window more specific than 8am-8pm. the lady named Stephanie at the service desk was AWESOME so were the ladies in the appliances and the gentleman who helped load the washer and dryer

Have to give a HUGE shout out to this Lowe's. Came in with a list of supplies to build a gazebo in honor of a great friend and coworker. We lost her to pancreatic cancer on Monday. Was trying to see if we could get the items on our list discounted or possibly donated. After about 10 to 15 minutes the Manager (Stephanie) comes out to tell me they will fund our whole project. I broke down and gave her a hug and thanking her profusely. It's moments like this that give hope for our humanity. Thank You Lowe's.

Wanted to purchase some blinds and have the blinds trimmed to fit. Asked for help three times. Stated they were calling someone. No one ever came. It was a weekday and I was told the people were more available to trim the blinds. Today I was told more people are working on the weekends. SO TIRED OF BUSINESSES THAT DON’T APPRECIATE CUSTOMERS!!!

@Lowes installed 20 new windows for me in December of 2018 and all 20 have been leaking buckets of water since the installation. Installers admit to sealing windows to vinyl siding (not underlying waterproofing layer) but Lowes still not admitting culpability. What a nightmare. This was my first time shopping at Lowe’s. My husband and I drove 20 minutes to the store after checking the times on the website and on this Facebook page. We arrived at 8:50pm because the store hours are posted online as closing at 10pm and the store closed at 9pm instead � We were unhappy about driving there only to have to turn around and drive home without being able to purchase our cabinets. I think it’s very important to customers that the times are correctly posted in order to respect their time and efforts.

This is awful. Google and even the Lowes website states you are open until 9pm on Sundays. I was just informed that if I wanted to shop I only had 2 minutes. I told him this and he shrugged and said we close at 8. The time online is an IT problem. Rude!
