Just had the worst experience at @Lowes that I have ever had! Put an order I for pickup & after waiting for 4hrs headed to pick it up. Not only had it not been pulled, but it took an hour to grab 14 items! Even with 4 people helping & I was the only order!

Found a great Fan for my enclosed porch. Reasonably priced.
Just waited for over 30 minutes for help to come get something off a top shelf that was allegedly requested but never came. Saw multiple people come after me and get assisted and leave. Purchased a $200 hedge trimmer from Home Depot in the aisle as I waited. Service is terrible.
Picked up some trees. Sweet service! Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Customer Service is a lost art form at this location. Some of the employees here are rude and not helpful at all. My recent experience has been the WORST I've EVER had. I will not shop at this location any more and maybe not even at Lowes. I've never been a Home Depot fan but after this experience I'm completely done!! They are not even worth a Star on the rating but because make you add one here ya go!!
