Everytime I come into this store, no one knows how to keep this place clean. Every time I go into the rest room, paper towels and toilet paper are all over the place. The trash can is always over flowing. I've seen employees to into the rest room, do their business, clean their hands, then walk right past the mess. This has been going on for the past year. You turned down a veteran of our country. Didn't give him his discount. What!! If he was a fournier , you all would of jumped at it. Terrible.
Our back yard should have a fence around it as we speak but it does not. We had our Lowe's consultation on 9/7/15 and were told we should have the fence installed in 2-3 weeks, BUT we don't. They haven't even called us 1 time to give us a status update, we've called everytime and keep getting told the installer will call us and we haven't heard a peep...BUT do you think they've sent us a bill for the fence that is not installed...of course they have!
