RecommendedMy daughter and I just had the best experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement. We were needing information for replanting her Venus Flytrap, and received great guest service from Steve, by indoor plants - he also reminded me of the great movie, Little Shop of Horros 😄 Then, we headed outside for some Spaghum Peat Moss and we greeted with a HUGE bag that we obviously didn’t need 🤦🏻♀️ But James & Dontae helped us out by giving us some from a torn bag. has a little bit of everything when you look for something in their store online, it gives you the else it is in and everything
Nikki in customer service was about as helpful as a brick laying in the parking lot. asked her twice to help me to find a poppy in a plant. she did not offer any assistance at all. she was more focused on closing the store. however Kevin took his time to offer his assistance and tell us they had none on hand. KEVIN HELPED US AFTER THE STORE WAS CLOSED. we will not be back at this store because of the assistance we DID NOT receive from NIKKI!
