My sister and I were in the fastener aisle looking for a particular rawl size. A Lowes employee was standing so close to us we could touch him. It looked as if he were returning some merchandise to its proper place. My sister and I were discussing which item we needed and we were completely confused. I know he heard us struggling with which product we needed. At that point, I said "maybe this man could help us" loud enough for him to hear. He totally ignored us and walked off. This was no kid. The paint department yesterday was awesome the girl paint department was very helpful a girl was working hard putting up stock but took the time to mix my paint for me and as always carol trull was awesome she told me her job is running out in January y'all are going to lose one hell of a employee
Went in today and bought new kitchen cabinet hinges. Got them home and they were the wrong ones so we took them back. Went over the where the hinges were, asked someone for help and was told that was not his department. We waited 15 minutes for him to find someone and no one ever came, so we went to Home Depot. You all may want to go into the Home Depot on Hanes Mall Boulevard, They provide EXCELLENT customer service, something your store needs badly to learn!!
Suppose to be open til 10, and I was told it was not holiday hours. So what you were closed December 18th? Besides the lack of service that reeks Lowe's. If you ever need help go to the competition.
