Lowe's new return policy is ridiculous that the store credit is attached to the individual. As a small business owner this makes returns very difficult. I can have employees pick up materials but to return for store credit they would have to take my license to the store. Furthermore to use a store credit I would have to go in with them since it's all attached to my license.
We ordered a fridge on a Wednesday, got a call Thursday that it would be 6 weeks before it came in. So we changed the color so we could get it the next week, cancelled the delivery of it so we didn’t have to wait 2 weeks. It has been sitting at the store for 5 days and no phone call stating it was ready for pickup. I am so disappointed in their service, I wish Ace sold big appliances. We never have issues with them, always are appreciated and even get thank you cards after a big purchase.
Plants have been sad and unhealthy this year. Poor selection.
Had a very disappointing experience, purchased a stove, it didn't work, played phone tag for 4 days, we were told they found one, took another day off of work for the switch out, they brought us a floor model, with a broken foot and obvious wear, they never offered a discount, we objected, they offered us another model, my husband looked it up and it was $200 less, never said they would give us the difference. I purchased a stove and microwave no one acknowledged me that the stove came without the power cord and they don't recommend any technical support or help....WHY is the Kernersville location so much pleasant and nicer I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!
I love lowe's and have always been happy with them. Stores are always clean and organized.
