We had an awesome associate help us decide between a few dishwashers. He made sure we had everything for installation as well. We were very happy with this shopping experience.
They really need to have more cashiers. The service desk line was extremely long.
Went to the Niles store yesterday for carpet and countertops. No one could help us in either department. Went to the Mishawaka store today and was helped by extremely knowledgeable people in both departments. This is the third time buying bigger items and having to leave the store due to lack of service or knowledge. Purchased our washer & dryer in Mishawaka and a range and microwave from Best Buy. Great place to buy fertilizer though, and very courteous checkout's!!

Wonderful customer service received from Bart in the Seasonal. He put my mower together and showed me all the features! I was scared and unsure and he really helped, even loaded up the car for me! Thumbs up to Bart, thanks again!
