I used to be a regular customer and have spent over $25,000 in the store. But I refuse to shop there now because of their lax enforcement of covid protocols. I find it particularly insulting that the sign they have posted requiring that customers wear masks is on an 8 x 11 sheet of paper posted at shin level where no one sees it unless they are looking for it. Yesterday afternoon we came into your store ready to purchase a refrigerator. There were two associates there in the department then they disappeared. I see this all the time in your store. Instead of offering to help they walk the other way. We will go some place else to get our refrigerator.
I would like to request you hire people that know what they are doing. we talked to a man who said he could put two pallets of concrete on are trailer. in the time we paid 5 mins he left and we got stuck making two trips risking our life because the new people working could only get them barely on...
Their customer service skills are totally lacking. I was forced to order online and do a pickup because they refused to pay attention to me while I was looking to buy a grill.
Price discrepancy’s. Manager wouldn’t price match the Lowes app for pricing.

My husband bought stockade fence waited almost an hour to get loaded. He went to customer service once they called for someone no one came. Told they was doing inventory and was short handed. He waited some more and no one came. So he went back to customer service to get money back. He got the money returned to debit card but at that point someone should have gotten someone to load him. I’m sorry we will shop at Menards.
Have yet to get a straight, and solid price of lumber. Headed elsewhere
Literally no one knows what they’re doing. I don’t know why they work in any department. No one can find anything. And the customer service is horrible. It’s worth the drive to go to Mishawaka.
