Awesome cs in appliances! Bought fridge, washer & dryer, free delivery, installation.. everything on sale, gave me an extra 5% off plus I had 10% coupon, walked in and out in under 25 minutes.. $1125.00 heck ya!! Just wish I could tell you the guys name.. tallish skinny black guy, hard to pronounce name but amazing personal service.. going to go fill out a survey on him now!!!
They seriously don't want my review. At least not the store located on Western...
Ordering a washing machine online to be delivered should be simple, right? Well, not at this store it isn't! I called first to verify that they had the item in stock (they did). They assured me that it would be delivered the next day (Saturday)... well, guess what, it wasn't. I called, they assured me that it would be delivered on Sunday... at 7:30 at night I find out that it wasn't loaded on the delivery truck for some reason. gave 2 stars only because it's the lesser of the 2..the other being home depot...however, going back to small hardware stores or online...shitty management makes for bad employees....only one older gentlemen who works with the tools and hardware who values the importance of customers...he is awesome...
