i bought a Samsung fridge and got the warranty for 3 years. my fridge is not cooling and I been calling lowes service for 3 weeks now and nobody knows what happened with my service repair. Today I called and nobody knows anything about my fridge part .

Cashier never said, "Hi, hello ", nothing. "How many chairs?" When I answered 10, she then decided to count the chairs? Was this a test? Did I look dishonest? Never said thank you, only, "Next one." I asked "next one what?" She replied, "not talking to you". Super rude. BTW was also at Home Depot in their garden department and the clerk was very friendly and polite same day just an hour later.
Encountered like 7 workers, only 2 were helpful. One guy sweeping actually ignored me when I asked for help. Seriously, thee most frustrating shopping experiences ever. Even though the selection at Lowes is more plentiful, I'll shop Home Depot.
