If you need carpet installed don't order it from lowes. It's been a 3 week process and I didn't even get a good deal. Price is outrageous and service is very slow. HOPING They do a good job next week when they finally come to install it.
We purchase new bedroom carpet through this store. We had it installed and the left a visible seam down the middle of the room and a very large step down in the transition into the bathroom. It took five (5) return trips to fix it. Five times I had to use vacation time – in the end it’s still not right but at least the bad section is under the bed. We asked for a discount – the install sales manager did not return our call as requested. Very poorly handled. DO NOT buy carpet here!
Who the heck remodels a store starting in October with a projected finish date at Christmas? We were never permitted to tear apart a store during the holiday season.
Had I written this review 24 hours ago, it would have been a one-star review. I purchased a Kobalt dual battery electric lawnmower a week ago. When I brought it home, both of the batteries, the most expensive piece of the purchase, were missing from the box. I called the store back immediately and they assured my they would ship two batteries to me ASAP.
