My wife ordered a dishwasher on may 2, its now june 29 and still no dishwasher, the first two that came in were either damaged or not there, the employees had different excuses, the third that was to be installed today was never ordered, now they can order it for july 19, then we can wait 2 more weeks for an install. We chose to take our business to home depot, and the install will be on july 9. Thanks home depot
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Go anywhere but this store.
I've had multiple bad experiences over the last few years, including this past month attempting to purchase a dishwasher. It was special ordered taking 2 weeks to get in, then over another week to schedule an installation with a contractor. But, it was damaged, so another one was special ordered again. They never have enough employees working. Tried to buy a grill for over an hour. Could not get anyone to help me. Then, I wanted to buy spa tubing by the foot. I was told it was no longer sold that way. When I pointed it out on the shelf, the employee told me that they had no tool to cut it and that I couldn’t buy it. Awful.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful with everything!
This was the longest wait process to check out for only having a few people in each line. I wasn’t impressed.
The Five Stars are for 2 employees who made my day today @ Lowes in Monroeville. At the front desk Kirsten got my Veterans status connected to my Lowes card in less than a minute! This is after at least 45 minutes online & on the phone with the 800 #. GREAT JOB KIRSTEN! Very comfortable atmosphere. Huge selections for DIY's. Good people that can help cross departments and are very knowledgeable. Small projects are usually an in-out affair.
