Absolutely horrid customer service. Would absolutely not recommend. Between them losing 200 dollars of my money through a faulty exchange, to an employee shoving her hand in my face to get me to stop talking about the problem, a cashier telling the manager in front of my face to “deal with her” or the supposed store manager rolling his eyes when I explained my problem; I will never go back to Lowe’s. Good customer service, low prices, and they don’t support the trump administration, like Home Depot
I was in today at monroeville office and there is a younger guy maybe late 20s early 30s. I believe he is a front end manager for cashiers. Today I observed him talking to a few cashiers. So disrespectful!! You don’t manage people by being a bully. That’s horrible and I will never return.
The monroeville location is that dirtiest store I have ever been to. I went to use the restroom and the manager had put an out of order sign up because there was human faces smeared all over the walls and no one would clean it! Customer service is a joke and the store is all around a mess.
I researched online before going to Lowe ‘s. They had the washer I was interested in so I could see it up close. There were sales persons available to answer my questions. They were knowledgeable and very professional. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you, Lowe’s.

Disappointed on my delivery and it hasn’t even happened yet. It’s 9:00 and I haven’t received a call telling me the range of time for my delivery. Called the store customer service says they don’t think they’ve finished loading the truck yet. Tried to transfer me to delivery, no answer, tried again rings and goes to busy. Do they really think people just have all day to wait for them?
