Ordered materials June 8th. I was in the female restroom at 9:45 a.m. there was a male employee cleaning the men’s restroom next to the female restroom (there are no doors). The male saw me walk in alone into the female restroom and decided that while I was in the stall that he was going to come in. You can see through the sides of the stalls, so this guy was looking at me. I came out of the stall and he wouldn’t talk to me and tried acting as if I was not there. Wanted to buy a vanity, a countertop and flooring. The 2 people working the kitchen/bath section were aggravated to even be bothered. There was no one working in flooring. Total waste of a trip and time.
one of the worst stores to deliver to.(all the material, orders and their own trucks in the way) and you can't reach anyone on the phone
The employee at the garden section checkout this AM was not wearing a mask. It wasn’t even as if she had pulled it down for a minute, there was no mask on her face at all and I didn’t see one anywhere near her. She was interacting with customers directly in front of the counter, well within 6 feet. I am very disappointed in Lowe’s commitment to keep their customers safe during this time and will not be returning to Lowe’s anytime soon.
Let's see, answer any one of the 24 calls I have attempted to make. Not disconnect the customer 4 times after they have been on hold for 50 minutes. Actually assemble pre-assembled items correctly. Maybe have someone in the store that can handle customer service issues in real time, and not pawn them down the line after a customer has tried to resolve an issue for 3 months.
Customer service is a joke. It takes forever to answer the phone. Recently ordered a shed . Delivery was set for today,6-15. She'd didn't arrive. Took almost an hour to get someone on phone they couldn't answer questions about delivery asked for a manager they said there wasn't one. But took out phone number and they would have an assistant manager call us back th a t was 2 hours ago I would not recommend anybody to order anything for delivery from the Monroeville store. Very unreliable
How about telling your employees to wear their masks or at least pull them up to cover nose/mouth. They are not chin guards!!! No respect for others.
