It was pretty good easily laid out friendly people the service was pretty good and quick, and I've been to a lot of lowes and I'd say this is one of the more better ones
This was the worst customer service, so unprofessional while communicating with me no "please hold" etc. Just hung up on me. Also I bought a product less than 1 year ago and it already doesn't work and they won't return it. Terrible customer service!!!!!
The customer service at this location is the worst I have ever endured. They do not stand behind their products no matter what! I purchased two Kholer toilets on 5/23/15 had them installed by a professional plumber on 6/11/15 small leak began, plumber back out on 6/23/15 had to replace the pump in the tank so replaced. Lowes said I had to bring the entire toilet back in. The lady manager said this as she walked away. Didn't even bother to want to help! I have all receipts to prove what was done!
