Shout out to Steven and Jason in the hardware dept. Came in last week for plexiglass, Steven saw me wandering around and approached to offer help. Not only did he guide me to the plexiglass, but helped me get exactly what I needed. Came back the next day to buy more, Jason was just as helpful and pleasant. Thank you guys for helping a mom get some custom shelves made!

Do not use this location. I asked for some help, to cut a piece of molding only to be told that they couldn't do it due to possible splintering of wood. I get that and offered to hold them harmless. The part that got me was the sales associates response to this. His words, "I'm more concerned with the company than with you." I was floored and the manager told me they could cut it with a different tool no problem. Why didn't that get offered in the beginning
Went and asked for someone to help to help us with loading lumber watched as the person walked to the middle of one of the isle and walked away went and asked again never to get any help. Two other customers helped my hubby and then helped them load what they needed as their workers just walked around. NOT impressed. Maybe I need to drive up the street
Spent 2 hours looking at bathroom vanitys & toilets, not once did ANYONE come by asking if we needed assistance. One lady just left saying "I give up, do not think anyone works in this department". Going to Home Depot!!!
Hired Lowe's to do remodeling. Poor quality and never finished. Had to hire a lawyer after 9 months.
A shout out to the cashier who had to endure a tirade by a very hateful customer. This man was calm, professional, and polite, even when the customer yelled, moved into the cashier's personal space, and had his finger about 2 inches from the cashier's nose (repeatedly). I wish I had noticed his name, but he deserves praise! The mama bear was coming out in me, and it was all I could do not to step in the middle. Thank you young man!
