We went to get an item for our smoker. It was located on the top of the isle, still on the pallet. I asked for someone to get the item down. I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up after having it broadcasted that I needed assistance. I left. We went back three days later, the item still was on the top of the isle and when my husband asked the three guys standing around, they told him NO, they would not get it down and he could go to the Kannapolis location to get it. What kind of service is that??
Customers not wearing masks...Lowe’s advertised customers would be required to wear masks inside the store.
I have been charged for an item I don't have. they are trying to steal my money. my order # is 404115284. whenever I call I get no solution. this has been going on for months. its impossible to come to a solution if I get transfered, and hung up
Awesome place has everything home and outdoor you can think of.
Poor customer service. Check your prices, just because a price is “in the system” does not mean it is correct. I was told Christmas clearance was 75% off but the item did not ring up 75% off. I later checked online for the same item and the price showed the discount. I called to report the difference and customer service did to apologize for the error and simply hung up the phone! I felt she hung up on me. So check your prices if you think it is incorrect! Shop Amazon!
The store was great but I wish that people would stop Driving around the parking lott & pan as of Wednesday November 27 a black man drove around the parking Lott in his Ford Flex pulled up as I was walking to my car he asked me if I was new around the area & asked me if I want to buy a TV at around 3:30 PM or 4:30PM at the Lowes off of Concord PKWY in Concord NC I wish people stop panhandling put the unwanted items on eBay or donate them to Goodwill
@Lowes installed these hurricane windows which leaked for 6 months & now claims department is trying to tell my new installer how to reinstall the windows in the cheapest possible way instead of writing him a check..
