Lowes only cares about money. They don’t give a crap about their hard working employees. Could be why so many customers are pissed. Why should they care when they are being mistreated by upper management. It’s a shame! They definitely don’t care about family.
I had to have my uncle return items for me because he has a truck. they were originally picked up by my contractor and brought to me. I then picked up the store credit card to use and they wouldn't let me use it without my uncle's license number. they said that's ALL they needed was the number. I gave the card to my mom and went to work, she went up there with the card and the number. they said without the actually license they wouldn't let her use OUR store credit for the purchase. she walked areas with nothing because we a... read more
Hate the self checkout they have.. especially of your there after 5-6pm and thats all they have open! So its like they want to hold you hostage and force you to use the self checkouts, when have the time they don’t work. Just shows that all corporations are getting greedy and having less and less people running the registers, just my opinion.
The worst customer service store ever in existence. Nobody wants to help, ever. On the phone or in person! Managers don’t give a crap about anything either. They never show up when they are being paged or return calls, nothing. The worst company ever. Will never step food in that store or that company again. I will make sure every person I ever meet in my life all the wrong doing they have done to me which is enough to make anyone loose their religion! Just wanted to say your store and lowes have gone down hill can’t any replacement parts for my lawn mower that you sell and decided not to carry parts what sense does that make so I have no choice but to order the part of Amazon thanks for nothing.
Poor rating!
Not enough employees, and you have to walk all around the store to find products that go together. The customer service has slipped recently and I would pay more for better service.
