Customer service was horrible - asked two people where to find something and they acted as if I was bothering them & pointed in the direction so I still ended up looking for the product! Grrrrr
Buyer Beware! Horrible experience. Ordered a refrigerator and was told it would take a week to arrive. Was on back order by Samsung (okay), but the delivery person we have had to deal with has been frustrating. Total lack of communication. Waited for a scheduled delivery but was never told it had been canceled. There is one thing after another with this store. Bye, Lowe's. - Angry in Clayton
This store has the worse customer service that I have experienced in recent history. I was so excited to go into the store and pick out the tile for the back splash in my kitchen. Their subcontractor took forever to provide a quote after they came to my house for measurements. I couldn't get anyone to return my call. When I tried to call them, I would get transferred from one department to another and hung up on twice! When I went to the store, they treated me as if I were a nuisance. They offer "pro" services. Normally it's OK. First person I spoke with in this particular department a few days ago was knowledgeable and helpful. Today I returned with what I needed to make my order. The rep I spoke with today looked at me like she was a deer in headlights. Had no clue what I was talking about. And pfff'd me as I was leaving. Please do not put someone in a department when they do not understand the needs of the customer shipping in that department.
Just left their to buy a Pressure Washer pressed the help button and waited 20 minutes no one came over to help as I was walking to customer service 2 employees standing over their conversating right on the next aisle so I stood and watched them for 2 minutes and they still didn't adknowledge us So I go to customer service to let them know that the customer service really sucks It's Really Embarrassing
This Store is the reason I will never spend a cent at Lowes again. I feel some sort of "comfort" in the fact that others have had the same experience with the Jeff character pretending to be a store manager.I'm not surprised after my experience at the Garner, NC location. This is hands down the worst company to ever scam me out of my hard earned money. Keep up the Great work!

Worst store worst management. Rating a big 0.The managers name is Jeff Bass ( rude to his customers) so if you have a problem you don't want to go to him. So needless to say home depot will be getting my business.
