THIS LOCATION HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THE MANAGER IS THE PROBLEM AND IT TRICKLES DOWN. I try not to shop at this location unless necessary but did a few weeks ago. I was in line for Customer Service to receive a refund for an item I did not get but was charged for. There was one cashier and 12 of us in line. DO NOT BUY ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM LOWES. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty for my appliances when we moved into our new house. The total was $3786.57 and after waiting for 44 minutes to get someone to answer, Keisha, who is a Lowe's employee informed me that without my serial number they couldn't even schedule a service technician to come check out my 27.4cuft refrigerator. RecommendedRelatively close to my house and convenient.
Beware of hiring their installers! Purchased two indoor outdoor doors and frames from them. Also hired them to install. Doors were fine. Installers were subs that had never worked for them before and were sent out alone. They made a huge mess and didn't install the doors properly. They ripped the drywall inside. We had to get more repair work done to clean up the mess they left.
Wonderful sale people who are always helpful.
WET, MOLDY WALLS BY LOWES! @Lowes #LOWES installed 20 hurricane windows & all 20 have been leaking for ALMOST 4 MONTHS. They attempt to cover the windows but plastic blows off right away and leaks continue unabated https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE

Delivering their load,was here the night before and I was untarped 30 minutes before my 5:00am appointment and the receiving clerk doesn’t get here until 7
