Having them do a deck install and it's taking over three months to complete. I'm being treated as the GC of the install. We had some railing post caps come off due to wind and when I asked if they plan on fastening them, was told it's not in the scope of the work. still waiting for some deck boards to be installed because they didn't order enough.
HAVE A WEBSITE THAT WORKS AND NOT MAKE WE WAIT 30 MINUTES BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEMS ARE HORRIBLE. YOU LOST ME AS A 15 YEAR CUSTOMER TODAY. SAO FAR 32 minutes on hold because your system totally messed up and no one can do anything. this is the last straw 20+ hours on the phone n the ;last 30 days over mistakes and mess ups. get it together. tomorrow i go buy 15 windows at the orange instead of you and lose my 5% but my sanity is worth more than that.
Today I experienced the worst customer serve in my entire life. I was disrespected and treated rudely by everyone I approached for assistance. This is the first time in a long time I honestly felt discriminated against because customers ahead of me were treated differently. I bought two appliances in February 2017. I come back from a week at the beach and the dryer won't work. I purchased an extended warranty and still I have no appointment to get my dryer fixed. You call their "service" and they get back to you in TWO to THREE days to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! So that means at least a week with no clean clothes#LowesSucks
I had a vinyl fence installed two days ago the subcontractor Lowes hired left trash on the side of my house and ruined my grass!! I've been calling and going down to the store and have been getting the run around! I had a backyard full of green grass, that's now covered with packed dirt that has most likely killed everything underneath it!
