I had to return an item I bought a few weeks ago, and had since received a new Lowe's credit card in the mail with instructions to destroy the old one. I followed those instructions, but when I went to return the item they refused to credit my account because apparently Lowe's sent me a new card with a different account number. Gerald at the customer service desk was completely patronizing, trying to drown out my request for management contact info by talking over me telling me to have a nice day. They have the worst customer service of all time. No one will answer the phone when you call and when they do decide to answer they can't connect you to the right department. They will give you a date for delivery and never show up. They are bad news.
Does not honor military discount, rude staff, rude customer service when contacted corporate office. Over all Lowe's is a disappointment. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
GREAT place to walk around lovely plant selection
Customer service was lacking! Everybody just pointed in a general direction and said it's over there! Until finally, and I wish I had gotten his name, I happened upon a gentleman on a ladder and he helped me.
