Yesterday I went to get paint to do my stairs and couldn't get anyone to help me , a guy that was working around the area come over and he was so horrible. When he finally got my paint didn't even bother to showe me an example and when I got home and try it I totally didn't like it. Worst shopping experience ever.
Your delivery team needs to get their shit together. I'll be coming in to express my feelings in further detail. Awful

All we wanted to do was buy a dryer - The poor girl in appliances called for help numerous times and there were at least six people waiting and no one responded to her call for assistance. The man who did finally help us get our dryer was very nice. But this time a year I would think you would want to staff with a little more substance. Customer service is what counts Lowes - especially with Home Depot and HH Gregg and Sears all right around the corner.
bunch of clowns,,its amazing how incompetent this company is,,its really surprises me that they are still in business,,its obvious its not because of customer service,,do they realize home depot is right across the street!! NOT ONE PERSON THAT WORKS THERE CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!
I will NEVER buy from Lowe's again. We purchased brand new SS LG refrigerator and Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Within the first month or so, the dishwasher liquid soap door wouldn't open so we called Lowe's for repair. They said the soonest they could get a repair tech out was 10 business days but that if we could get a repairman out sooner we could submit a claim and get reimbursed. We did that and it was denied because the tech, although trained on Kitchen Aid, was not approved by the Manufacturer, which was never told to us. A... read more
