If you are considering purchasing a major appliance from Lowe's, please go somewhere else. Take it from someone who has learned a lesson. I am very disappointed with the service I have received for the repair of my dishwasher from the corporate office about replacing it. Since September 25, 2020, I have had a functioning dishwasher for 4 weeks. Support local business instead. Next time, I will!
On I almost had my new Zline dishwasher installed in early October. The dishwasher comes with a decorative blue door and it could not be installed because the installed lacked screws to affix the handle. Because of the weight of this door the installed set the spring mechanism to compensate for the weight. However since there is no door, it springs up very quickly when the weight of the dishes is removed. This causes it to wack me in the elbow and or scrape my arm EVERY...SINGLE...DAY! we've been waiting for a new fridge from lowe's of cary for 12 hours today. all of our food is currently spoiling out in the garage...and oopsie, lowe's never put our item on the truck. (despite assuring us every time we called because we hadn't heard anything that the delivery drivers were "just running late.") never give this store a dime.
We paid a $35 fee on Monday at our local lowes to have someone come out and measure our windows for blinds. We were never contacted so we called yesterday and were told we would be contacted by the end of the day. We were not. When I called today and asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. Called back and nobody answered. I literally cannot even get anyone to talk to me about getting a refund.
Still trying to get my new fridge from Lowe's Home Improvement.1st delivery dented, 2nd delivery broken ice maker, 3rd delivery the worst yet. The delivery guy damaged the door frame to my kitchen, left a mess, and hid a dent by pushing in place without acknowledging the dent. We found it when correcting his work. I am so disappointed in the service.
