James at the Lowes Home Improvement on Walnut in Cary, spent an hour (an hour!) scouring the store looking for the tiles I need for my kitchen backsplash. It’s not his department, the boxes weren’t labeled and weren’t where they should have been. He persevered with a smile and gave great service. Thanks James.
Gave me the same clearance price as Greenville, even though they had it as regular price in the store. Huge store, nice variety.
I was buying lumber and would have loved for an employee offer to help me load and unload it to the car...... didn’t happen!! The most help I had was from another customer helping me find the bar codes at the cash register 😳
Christmas trees display, first week of October. Come on.
Ordered a dishwasher and paid to have it installed. I had to call a week later to schedule installation because no one called me like that said. Then they were over 3 hours late for the scheduled installation. I canceled the order. Won't be purchasing any more appliances from here.
This is one of the most unorganized stores I have ever been in. The folks in the millwork department are incompetent and the management is obviously nonexistent. What a big joke. I can't wait to drop in on the manager tomorrow and give him a few words about how I feel to his face. Don't waste your time with this store. Even Home Depot runs much smoother, which isn't saying much.
I rented a truck and was told I had 90 minutes to return it. I casually mentioned that I would return it after about 45 minutes. Unfortunately, my trip took about 75 minutes, and THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $10! (That's $5 for every extra 15 minutes, times two, even though I was 15 minutes UNDER the full time slot.) I was too pissed off to fight in the store.
