Tried shopping at this Lowe’s today. 2 checkers and 20 people in each line. So went out to Garden and they were closing the two checkouts and directed us back to the long lines. Milenial. Didn’t give a crap about customer service. I will never shop at this Lowe’s store again
Update as of January 13, 2019....Very poor customer service. I’m not quite sure how long the wait is for the “if you need assistance press this button” is, but after 2 cycles, still no one came to help. This is by far the biggest joke for a business. Not another penny of my money with this place get. Home Depot from now on it is. If given the option it would have been ZERO stars! Waited in the parking for over an hour for an associate to bring out a dishwasher that was already paid for. I went back inside to figure out what was going on and was treated very rudley by two associates working the registers. Next time I will save myself the hassle and shop at Home Depot.

Just experienced some of the worst customer service. Employees were lazy and rude and generally seemed like they did not want to help. I only met one gentle man out of the five employees that was able to help me without an attitude. I would have never posted a review as I work in retail myself until an workers from the back yelled "excuse me,thank you" very rudely to my mother on her way to the rest room.
