Went in today to get help with a plant I have that was in dire need of help. It holds a special place in our home, for sentimental reasons, so I was determined to get as much assistance as I could. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable that I talked to. Just 3 hours after getting home and doing just what I was instructed to, it looks 100% better. Thank you so much for your assistance today, lawn and garden department!�

My elderly grandfather hired Lowe’s to remodel his kitchen. After a price was set, then increased twice, and a month passing for the job to begin, it has now been over 2 months and the project still isn’t finished. They were informed it would be completed “soon” several times, and before thanksgiving, yet as of 11/20 it is still not complete. Workers no-show, or work for 2 hours and disappear for the rest of the day, sometimes not even arriving until after noon. Very very poor service and disappointed that my grandfather has... read more

Thank you for giving me a reason to drive further out of my way to go to Home Depot. You spout this nonsense about "saluting our troops," yet when I, as an active servicemember, try to rectify a situation in which I paid UP FRONT FOR A QUOTE I NEVER RECEIVED (I paid for this June 1st) I'm told I have to wait up to 60 days for the investigation and up to a FURTHER 30 days for a check to be sent??? You have GOT to be kidding me.

We stood in the appliance department for over 45 minutes looking at Refrigerator's and at least 10 different associates walked past us, and would never check with us to see if we needed any help or had any questions! We ended up leaving and going to the he one on Madison St. And within the first 5 minutes we were there, a girl by the name of Sarah came over and assisted us inthe purchase of a new refrigerator. Day 2 of a flooring installation. No flooring was installed whatsoever on Day 1. After being assured that it would be take care of on Day 2 I'm now being told I won't have carpet today either.

If you buy or have purchased hostas at Lowe's that were shipped from Costa Farms, please educate yourself on HXV (Hosta X Virus). It appears this grower shipped diseased plants to several Lowe's. Learn how this virus can dessimate all the hostas in your gardens. At present, there is no solution but to dig up and burn the affected plants. Any tools used to plant or divide the infected hostas must be scrubbed with a bleach solution. No hosta should be planted in the same place for 3 years as the virus can remain in small hosta... read more
