The service is really bad. No one wants to help people. Employees try really hard to do the easy stuff but anything hard they run from you. They need to stock so people can buy the lumber that is all the way to the top. But no one wants to do that job. I called Home Depot and they had the lumber I needed at a cheaper price. When I got there they where very helpful.
Absolutely the worst flooring experience ever! I am completely disgusted. Bill in flooring is the only person who has been as helpful as he can be, but his hands are tied. No one will call when they say they will! This has been going on for 9 days!
Every time I go in there is..... like why I’m the hell I keep making the same mistake in go in there!!!!! It looks to me that every employee don’t like to work/ help costumers. Every time is “I dont know this area” “I’m new in here” or just simply they suck at costumer services abilities and don’t want to help the costumer!!!!
People here are always nice. I don't know why everyone always complain about not getting help. Lol. Love this place. People just want to complain when they don't get their way which unfortunately is the norm now.
I have had nothing but good experiences here! The other day I went in for some wood planks and found that their saw was out of order. I was disappointed, until a employee offered to HAND saw the boards for me so that they could at least fit in my car. Love this store!
I love Lowe's and have rarely had a bad experience there. However, last night we bought a new washer and 4 rolls of window scene for privacy. I gave my Lowe's card to the girl to scan and it never took. But it's ok cause Aaron the service guy who brought our washer out to us remembered me. Thanks Aaron.
Kobalt's "Hassle Free Lifetime Guarantee" doesn't seem to apply at this location. Nothing but a headache.
Took 3 day, a total of 13 1/2 hours, to do estimates, make corrections and pay. No one knows what they are doing. But Bill in flooring, fixed everyone's mess and finally got it done for us. He is a saint & deserves a raise. But Never will I do that again. It was just so ridiculous and unprofessional. We spent ten thousand dollars and it never should have ever been that hard.
