Never buy a GE air conditioner from Lowe’s Had problems from day one with the electronics. Took it back first chance we had and it was over the 90 period of a couple of days. No customer service. Bought from Lowe’s on Lowe’s drive in Clarksville Tn. Wasted $546.00. Will not return to this store. Was a good customer. The service desk refused to let us speak with a manager. Purchased a washer/dryer in store. Delivery was estimated to be a week later than we wanted, so we told them we would pick up. Arrived to pick up the set and they said they did not have either in store. After trying to find a solution, they finally realized they actually had the washer at the store. The entire process to get it loaded took over 2 hours. Came back the next day for the dryer, and was told they did not have the dryer cord we had ordered. It would be 3 weeks before they got more. Currently annoyed and stressed out with Lowes, wasting both my time and my brother's time after purchasing a washer. Purchased washer at the store on June 15th. Was told washer would be on June 30th but I asked for July 6th since I had plans. Not a problem they put it in their system... June 20th, I receive a call stating that the washer wasn't going to be in until July 6th so a different delivery date would have to be selected. I was not happy but selected July 7th as the new day. My husband and I always have a great experience when we’re shopping at Lowe’s. The employees are always so nice and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend this location.
I have no idea who thought only using cash would be a good idea. The last time I was there for self checkout I was able to use my card. I always use my card especially now. No way that I carry around that much cash. With all the people in your store, why o why would you only have 4 self check out. Why not open more check out. Until I am able to use my card in your store, I will not return. I have only shopped in your store since you opened here. Ms. Connie helped us out getting a warranty replacement on a water heater. She is worth her weight in gold tenfold. What a pleasure to have a customer service rep that truly cares about taking care of the customer. Thanks for a great experience.
Worst experience ever. Sunday afternoon and 2 registers open. Lines backed up and worst custom service ever. We'll take our business elsewhere...better get your act together.
