Absolutely NO SERVICE!! The Only person offering to help promised to send someone. He called for help. None came. Wasted 30 minutes. Went to check out but only 2 checkers with at least 8 people in each line. Went to Customer Service and ask for more checkers only to be told "she couldn't do anything about it". I decided to JUST LEAVE when mystically 3 registers opened. PLEASE give me a break !!!!
Had an awesome deal on an LG washer and dryer, paid in cash 2 weeks ago and got delivery set for the December 12th. Just got a call it might be 8 weeks before I get it. I feel I should be able to upgrade and get my w/d delivered sooner. If not I have to drive up to Lowe's and get a complete refund and look elsewhere. Wasted my time Lowes! Not my fault. Just want a washer dryer before Christmas like they told me!
Never have I shopped anywhere to where the employees were soo awefull...In your store today,wrestling with large moving boxes and I saw a man in a blue lowes vest across the row from where I was,when i ask him if he could assist me with the boxes,he just looked at me and said " Go to the cashier and tell her you need them",then turned around to count rugs..so I wrestled my boxes myself,jacked up a fresh manicure and took them to the cashier...this after I had to cut straps off the stack of boxes myself ,because the aforement... read more
Big shout out and thank you to Zac, Store Manager and Tommy in Appliances for assisting me with a new slide in Stove and refrigerator purchase. The service I received was excellent! I continue to be very dedicated to Lowes on Youree drive! Excellent Customer Service!!!!!!!!!

Do not purchase Toro brand products they are tinker tools. Have a weed eater 1 year old and shaft broke. Took it in to Lowes and that was 3 weeks ago and still no weed eater. Service is bad. Product is even worst. Lowes lost a customer!
