Went there today. Zero help! Saw workers standing around talking to each other. Needed to buy a stove and Home Depot will be getting my business. As we walked out of the store another lady said it took three hours to get the help and buy what she needed. Ridiculous
I'm glad I stood for over a hour to wait on someone to help me then when I finnaly met with someone they told me the product on the sales floor wasn't for sale.... It wasn't for sale.. While it was sitting on the sales floor..
Terrible customer service is resulting in us heading to Home Depot. We walked in to Lowes and asked the worker if there were any carts for wood, his response was "Good Luck with that"... then he walked away. Sadly this is typical customer service for that store. There were at least 10 carts scattered around the parking lot, after our interaction with the staff, we will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
Terrible customer service. My wife and I hit the help button at least 5 times. We could hear it coming over the loudspeaker about us needing assistance in plumbing. At one point a real person even said "any available associate please help in the pipe department" 15 minutes waiting, no one ever came. This is why I stopped shopping at Home Depot but it seems like Lowe's has now caught up. I would rather spend extra money to get great service from a small hardware store. That is my plan from now on.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I stood at the Pro desk for 4 or 5 mins needing help while two of the employees talked about whatever. Then the customer service desk wouldn't trade a $20 item that was defective because I didn't have a receipt (it was a gift). They made me call a toll free nu.ber that was nothing but a recording saying that they won't exchange certain brands without a receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS. They are always helpful. I can usually find what I need in the store!
Asked 3 times for help finding a replacement bulb for a ceiling fan and 3 times no one would help. Ended up across the street at batteries and bulbs.
