I purchased a DeWitt drill, saw, blower, impact etc combo and drove 45 min to get it as it showedv1 in stock. After 45 min of searching the salesman talks to supervisor to find out this is the floor model and not for sale. He tells me he can order it and it will be in Wednesday. I call and call and call then finally get someone on phone and they hangup trying to transfer me. I purchased a Hobart mower in 6/28/2015, because of the 5 year "No Hassle" warranty. my kids returned it to your store on 6/21/2020 for me, as I do not drive, with a cracked deck. No one had a clue what to do. Now the warranty expires today. sorry business tactics since Hobart is a Lowes exclusive!!!!
They could have sales people who are interested in assisting you in your purchase or hell just acknowledge your presence. AWFUL NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

Didn’t deliver daughter’s dishwasher after she purchased it - said didn’t have it anymore! Didn’t offer replacement! Only refund! Bad business! Lowe’s should make this right!!

Memorial Day weekend they reserved a front parking spot for fallen military members and decorated it with beautiful flowers and American flags. This small gesture spoke volumes of the character of the employees.
